Smarty Prints take no responsibility for the quality and content of any media uploaded or otherwise delivered to us. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that they have the copyright or have obtained permission from the copyright holder to reproduce their images. Smarty Prints will not take responsibility for any media that is submitted that the customer does not have the copyright to reproduce. All responsibility is with the customer for any claims or actions against copyright that may result from Smarty Prints reproducing images for a customer.
Customers are fully responsible for the quality of the uploaded files and upload times may vary due to the file size and the customer's internet speed and service. Files must be either in .JPG or .JPEG file format and if possible between 500kb and 16mb in size.
Cancellation policy
Once an order has been paid for, either online or any other way, Smarty Prints will start production of your order. Should you need to cancel the order; a 10% administration charge will be made if you cancel before we have started printing your canvas. Once we have printed your canvas or poster the order cannot be cancelled. Order processing and printing is normally started within 3 hours of the order being placed.
Colour and print size
At Smarty Prints, we try our very best to colour match every photo and customer satisfaction is very important to us. Colours may appear differently on your monitor screen than they do on ours due to the settings of each monitor. We cannot accept returns related to colour issues. If exact colour matching is required, then please call us and we can arrange for colour match samples to be sent but there is a small charge for this. Canvas prints are wrapped around a high quality wooden 'stretcher bar' frame, which means that a small amount of the image is lost around the edges of the finished product (about 1 inch or 2.5 cm). Smarty Prints will always try to maintain the maximum amount of image possible on the front of the canvas to produce the best result.
Refunds
At Smarty Prints we try very hard to produce quality prints. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery. All damaged orders must be made known to Smarty Prints immediately or in any event within 24 hours of receipt. Any damaged orders must be returned to Smarty Prints for inspection before replacement or refund can be agreed. Smarty Prints will not be responsible for any damaged goods that are not reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Smarty Prints cannot be responsible for the failure of any postal or courier service. If goods are to be returned, please handle them with great care. Any mishandled goods will not qualify for refund.
Delivery policy
We will try to get your order to you within 7 working days. Generally, after receiving your order we aim to produce your canvas or poster within 2/3 working days. Your order will then be shipped to arrive within 48 hours after that. We will inform you by email when your order has been shipped so you will know it is on its way. Please note that Fridays, weekends and Bank holidays do not count as working days, so please keep that in mind.
Smarty Prints will always try to deliver goods to customers as per our quoted delivery times. However, Smarty Prints do occasionally shut down for holidays and there can be the occasional unexpected delay. When this happens, we will always let customers know.

What we will not accept
Should any images be uploaded containing any of the following, they will be deleted and not printed:
- Material that breaches any copyright
- Images that we consider pornographic or obscene in any way
- Images showing a criminal act
- Racist material of any kind
Smarty Prints reserve the right to delete and reject any other images that they consider unfit for reproduction in any way whatsoever at our discretion. These terms and conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
